Your ‘Authentic Swing.’

All of us here, have something similar inside of us all. For what ever reason we are all creators. We have something to say, something to show. No one else understands this but the one’s we discover want to hear those words and see those images. Those are the people we connect with; something is shared there. To be who you really are demands work. Sometimes life gets in the way, some times we are detoured by a life event, world pandemic, car crash or very simply we allow ourselves to forget. I believe that this platform was necessary, that it was needed, for people like us. It’s a place that we can be ourselves and show our ‘authentic swing.’ When you want to have a powerful mind-set, you have to associate with others that already do and also want that same thing. That’s this place, and I realized a short time ago that magic will happen at those times we share that mindset…together. We want to tell stories of how the world could be or should be and for that we are the one’s who give inspiration. We have a visions of a thousand worlds in our own minds. We are all ‘Seers.’ No matter what, don’t let the world get you down. Stay true to yourself, stay strong. I know for certain that none of us are alone in our endeavors. We are here.
Gavin Andazola is the writer/creator of “The Stone Legacy.” He enjoys watching movies, dramatic television and reading comic books. His favorite elements of each genre influence his writing style. He began creating his own comics at the age of thirteen and decided to gain a background in Literature and English at Cal State Fullerton. Characters created by Marv Wolfman, Joss Whedon and, most recently, the writings of Scott Snyder, Joe Hill, inspire Gavin. He is currently a student of the martial art style, Shaolin chuan Fa, where he is pursuing a second-degree black belt. It is with discipline he has learned there, that Gavin is able to focus his drive and desire to bring to life the many characters he creates. He is intent on expanding his universe so that it transcends genre boundaries.
